Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Valari Logistics Network platform, website, APIs and services ("Services"). By registering or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. Business use requires a valid GSTIN where applicable.

2. Account Registration

Provide accurate, complete information at registration
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
KYC verification may be required for full platform access

3. Services

Valari is a logistics aggregation platform providing: courier rate comparison, shipment booking, tracking, COD and wallet management, label and invoice generation. Valari is a technology intermediary. Physical transportation is performed by independent courier partners. Valari is not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by courier partners.

4. Prepaid Wallet and Payments

All services operate on a prepaid wallet model — maintain sufficient balance before booking
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except on platform error
Shipping charges deducted at time of booking
COD remittance per agreed schedule
Valari may revise fees with 7 days notice

5. Merchant Obligations

Provide accurate shipment details — weight, dimensions, declared value
Do not ship prohibited items
Comply with GST, customs, and export regulations
Do not use the Platform for fraud, illegal activity, or misrepresentation
Ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage
Declared value must accurately reflect contents

6. Prohibited Shipments

Weapons, ammunition, explosive materials
Narcotics or controlled substances
Counterfeit goods or IP-infringing items
Currency, negotiable instruments, bearer bonds
Live animals or human remains
Perishables without appropriate packaging
Any item prohibited by Indian law or courier terms

7. Weight Disputes

Courier partners may re-weigh shipments. Valari will assist in raising disputes on your behalf. Resolution is subject to courier policy. Valari does not guarantee recovery of disputed amounts.

8. Liability

Valari's total liability shall not exceed the shipping charges paid for the disputed shipment
Valari is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Valari is not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier partners
Insurance claims must be raised via the insurance feature selected at booking

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, trademarks, and technology are owned by Valari Logistics Network or licensors. No reproduction without written permission.

10. Termination

You may close your account anytime by contacting us. Valari may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, or misuse. Outstanding wallet balance refunded on closure subject to pending charge deductions.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Amendments

Material changes communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
